This gives me a good boost for my muscles and my brain first thing every day.
And if I have a little craving at night it's perfect as well.
I haven't given five stars because I find it wasteful to include a plastic measuring spoon in every single protein blend. If we can opt out of receing the plastic spoon, that'd be perfect.
