A super light and refreshing breakfast bowl that's perfect for summer!
Made using frozen bananas, gut-friendly mangoes, coconut milk (healthy fats) and immunity-boosting turmeric. Then topped with coconut, homegrown passionfruit, freeze-dried currant and crunchy blueberry granola.
This blended recipe is best created using the Aura Blender, which is a powerful, high-speed portable blender that can achieve the smooth texture required. It also has measurement markings so you can follow our recipe easily.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen sliced banana
- 1 cup frozen cubed mango
- 70 mL coconut water
- 60 mL coconut milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
Toppings:
- Amazin' Graze Blueberry Goji Coconut Granola
- Freeze-dried blackcurrants
- Coconut shreds
- Passion fruit
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients together using the Aura Portable Blender.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Add the toppings.
- Enjoy!
