Ingredients:

1 pack of Dark Chocolate Brownie Chips

1 pint of your favourite non-dairy Ice Cream

½ cup of Smooth Almond Nut Butter
Method:

Prepare a square container/bowl and layer cling wrap for ease of cutting later.

Place a scoop (about a 2/4 cup) of ice cream in a square bowl/container and drizzle Almond Nut Butter. Repeat the layers as desired.

Cover the top layer with cling wrap and store in the freezer overnight.

Remove the ice cream by slowly lifting the cling wrap and cut the ice cream into desired squares. Let it freeze again if it starts to melt.

Place a scoop (about a 1/4 cup) of the ice cream in the centre of one Dark Chocolate Brownie Chip and top with another. Press the Brownie Chips together gently. Smooth down sides with a knife, if desired.

Store in the freezer until ready to serve.
